Oncology Failure Atlas is operated by Pharma Innovation Research by Sebastian Azar, Woerden, Netherlands.

We may collect information you submit through access request forms, export feedback forms, and contact forms. This may include name, email address, organization, role, organization type, use case, feedback responses, and consent status.

We use this information to respond to access requests, understand research use cases, improve the platform, manage partner pilot invitations, and maintain auditability of export access.

The Oncology Failure Atlas uses public data sources, including ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, OpenFDA, and CrossRef. The platform does not ingest private patient data.

At this stage, Oncology Failure Atlas does not use non-essential tracking cookies or advertising cookies. If analytics or tracking tools are added later, this policy will be updated and consent controls will be introduced where required.
